Difficulty Levels at Keeping Nature Tours

At Keeping Nature Tours, we have designed five difficulty levels to help you find the perfect tour for your needs:

Level 1 – Easy and Relaxed: Accessible to most people, this level offers a moderate activity level. Walks are on well-maintained trails, and comfort standards are high. Perfect if you seek a relaxing experience in nature without significant physical demands.

Level 2 – Moderate Activity: Ideal for individuals in reasonable physical condition who engage in regular aerobic exercise. Trails might present minor challenges due to uneven terrain or slightly longer distances. A great choice if you enjoy outdoor exercise with a moderate challenge.

Level 3 – Active Adventure: The most common level for our tours. It involves a moderate physical challenge, with steeper, slippery terrain and possibly harsher weather conditions than Level 2. If you’re in good shape and looking for a rewarding challenge, this level is for you.

Level 4 – Advanced Trekking: This level demands a higher fitness level, involving long treks or ascents in remote areas under tough weather conditions. Choose this if you are ready for a demanding physical effort and crave a deeper immersion in the wild.

Level 5 – Extreme Expedition: Designed for seasoned adventurers. These tours span four days or more, require excellent physical condition, and involve intense physical challenges under extreme conditions. If you’re an experienced explorer seeking to push your limits, this is your level.
