Senior Photography Guide & Expedition Leader

One of Colombia’s leading photographers specializing in amphibians, reptiles, and wildlife, he is a biologist and expert in macro photography. As a full-time nature photographer and prominent tour guide, he leads workshops and photographic expeditions across the country.

He has published 14 scientific articles, contributing to the understanding and conservation of various Colombian species. His photographic work has taken him to explore every corner of the country, and his images have been featured in publications such as Enfoque Visual, RowZine, and the Catalog of Amphibians and Reptiles of Colombia, among others.

In 2022, he won the Environmental Advocacy category in the Agenda del Mar photography competition. Through the combined power of photography and biology, he promotes conservation efforts and fosters a deeper understanding of species behavior and their interactions within ecosystems. These twin passions offer a unique perspective on the hidden world beneath Colombia’s mysterious landscapes, building a bridge between memory and nature.
